A list of countries with visa exemptions can be found here. Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information Form visa_info_form.xls (.xls 44KB) visa_info_form.pdf (.pdf 44KB) to the Committee Office a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.
The support conditions below MUST be met BEFORE visa assistance can be provided.
