[General] and [Student] registrations include:
* admission to all Conference sessions October 28-30,
* Conference Proceedings, Coffee Breaks October 28-30,
* Conference Dinner October 29 (Thu.)
* Lunch (provided October 28 only)
Payment Procedure
* credit cards only are acceptable for payment of reg. fees.
* personal checks and bank transfers are not acceptable.
Cancellation
Registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees as follows:
* On or Before Oct. 21, 2009: no charge
* On or After Oct. 22, 2009: 100% of the registration fee / No refund
