Final Paper Submission for Proceedings (hard deadline) : October 2, 2009
Paper Submission Format
All final paper submissions for VNC2009 must be formatted in the standard 2-column Proceedings format. All papers are limited to 8 pages in length. Papers exceeding these limits will NOT be accepted for publication in the CD Proceedings.

Registration
One registration at the FULL advance registration rates must be completed by one of the authors before uploading the final version of the paper for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
Presentation
Papers not presented at the Conference will not be included in the IEEE Xplore database.
